Shipping & Returns
The following terms are subject only to items purchased online. For our in store policy, please see FAQ.
- We use Australia Post Express Satchels (Next day delivery applies for most post codes. Please check with the Australia Post website for eligibility).
- Orders will be processed, packed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days only. Please allow more time for Public Holidays.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
- Standard Delivery Fee of $10.50 for all orders
- In store pick up: Local residents can choose to collect orders from the store during trading hours. Please specify 'in store pick up' in the special instructions box during the checkout process. For information on our location and trading hours, please click here.
- If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- A direct exchange can only be made if you would like a different size. If you would like another item, please request a store credit and then purchase the new item on a separate order.
- You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, unused and with all the tags still attached. Items that have been washed, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- Sale items cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. In this case, we can only offer an exchange or credit note.
- Store credit notes are valid for 3 months.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. However if you have received a faulty or damaged item we will refund it in addition to the cost of postage.
- Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, you will be credited for the item amount.
